Shipping & Returns

All open package orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Returned packages are subject to a 20% restock charge. Unopened merchandise (excluding Skincare, Hair care, and Makeup items) can be returned within 14 days in its original condition for a refund, excluding shipping charges. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items, Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items.


Non-Exchange Policy:

Perfume products cannot be exchanged. Once purchased, perfume items are considered final sale and cannot be swapped for other products or fragrances.


Non-Refund Policy for Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds. Opened or used perfume items cannot be returned or refunded.


Suspected Tampering and Repackaging:

If we suspect tampering or repackaging for refund purposes, we will take action to protect our customers and business. This includes account suspension, IP ban, confiscation, and disposal of tampered items. We conduct thorough investigations and cooperate with authorities to address fraudulent activities.



Report any damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and keep the item and packaging for 2 weeks. Upon approval of the claim, we will arrange for reshipment or issue a refund.


Missing items/packages:

If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will initiate a claim with the carrier, and upon approval, we will reship the order or issue a refund. Please ensure accurate and complete address information to avoid delays.


Undeliverable Packages:

If an order is returned to us by the carrier, we will issue a refund minus shipping and restock charges (see Returns).



We can accommodate cancellation requests immediately after order placement, as our system operates on automation. Prompt response is essential.
